Our Branding process
Phase 1
Phase one includes market analysis and consumer research, vision, goals, and brand personality. Market analysis and research should be thorough and in-depth. The research should guide the rest of the project in its vision, goals, and brand personality. Key factors to consider when defining a brand personality include the perception of your brand against competitors, the positioning statement of your brand, your audience, and the values and beliefs of your brand. If your brand was a person, what would it’s personality be?
Phase 2
Phase two is all about the logo, identity and guidelines. These items include logo concept and design, identity system and resources, brand and style guidelines. There are five principles of effective logo concept and design. A logo design should be simple, memorable, timeless, versatile, and appropriate. The identity system starts after the completion of the logo. The purpose of this is to form a systematic visual language around the logo that compliments the design of the logo and offers useful and flexible elements that will help to design marketing and business collateral. The brand and style guidelines contain the logo usage rules, typeface system, color palette, layout guidelines and more to ensure that your brand has a cohesive look and voice.
Phase 3
The last phase of identity design is about monitoring your new brand identity. Phase three is just as important as the first two because a business must monitor and constantly maintain your brand. You should watch your new identity to see how well you are interacting with your customers and as your market evolves and technology changes this allows you to evolve your brand identity.
